The professor rambled her final rambling, ignored by all except for Erm, who had efficiently managed to transcribe the entire lecture, regardless of the obvious distractions.
"Really...I think he's dead...what should we do with the body?" Murph scratched his head.
"Look," Erm pointed out, "he's moving." And surely enough, Gon was moving. Granted it was much more like twitching than anything else.
"No, he's just having a post-mortum seizure," Murph argued. Griff and Erm starred at him, then at each other, and then Gon, whohad begun to make a very faint noise. Murph began,
"Well, I've never heard a dead body do that before..."
"That's because he's not dead you blithering twit," Erm glarred.
"You are the more disagreeable twin, aren't you?" Murph returned the glare with a mocking scowl, and retreated towards the door.
Hair: Blond, short
Family: Only son of Edward and Georgina Inkleblott. Older sister, Cathrine (22), and younger sister Regina (16).
Personality: One has to wonder after looking at Griff's charm, popularity, and class what he's thinking spending his time with Murphy Gallagher, Ermine Thompson, and Gon. He takes it upon himself much of the time to be the group do-gooder and mommy (a task which he does rather well, but would be reluctant to admit).
Bio: Everything about Griff's life is stable...family, school,...even friends. His family is of middle class ranking and has provided him the necessities to survive in everyday life and come across as a well-adjusted young man. He is very much a gentleman, sans alcohol that is...and it quite popular with his female counterparts, much to the dismay of his friends.
Hair: black with red stripes
Family: only daughter of Minka (Morganstein) and Badger Thompson; twin brother named Ermine.
Personality: Fiery, forcefully, bold, quick-tempered, strong, out-going, the opposite of Erm, but, also sometimes unpredictable
Bio: Siren, despite her more loud personality has also had a quiet life. She was the more troublesome twin to her parents but she was by no means an actual troublemaker. Her relationship with her brother is very distant as are their relationships with their parents (and Minka and Badger are as distant as they can get and still be married), as such both have severe issues opening up, trusting people, and being close with other human beings. However, while Erm seeks solace in books and has a small mismatched group of friends whom he does not feel connected to, Siren is a popular, friendly girl who has many friends. Still, she is not really close to any of them, but they do not notice this. She doesn’t understand her brother nor does she want much to do with him, he is her brother and as such she does feel connected to him but this is very infrequently seen. She finds his friends intolerable, particularly Murph and his advances. She’s never had a boyfriend and has never allowed herself to feel drawn to anyone in any sort of intimate way so that even if Murph succeeded in being charming, it would have little effect.
Murphy H. Gallagher
Hair: Chesnut brown...a bit shaggy and always messy
Weight: neither skinny nor well built...just rather average
Family: Eldest son of Martin and Elisabetta (Miriel) Gallagher. Younger brother, Mitchell (18).
Personality: Murph(as he is commonly known)is a bit of a smart ass. His friends suspect he does this on purpose, but they often times wonder as it just appears far too natural to be put on. He is sarcastic and witty to the extreme. He and Erm have a long standing battle regarding Erm's twin sister Siren. His attempts at being charming are often times very unsuccessful, especially with Siren. He has a scar on his left jaw as proof.
Bio: Murph and his father are horribly confrontational. Martin Gallagher is the Department Chair Head of Arithmancy at his University. He has exceptionally high expectations that Murph refuses to live up to, not because he isn't bright, but because he feels his father is stuffy and dull. Over all, Murph enjoys the comfort of his small pathetic posse, even if he won't admit to it.
Hair: blue with red stripes
Weight: just a wee on the chubby side
Family: only son of Minka (Morganstein) and Badger Thompson; twin sister named Siren.
Personality: Generally- quiet, reserved, thoughtful, timid, cautious, polite, nervous, calculating, sensible, rational, and distant; EXECPT every once in a great while when he is TOTALLY UNPREDICTABLE…also Murph can bring out the worst in him
Bio: Erm has lived a quiet serious life being the good, quiet twin while his sister is fiery and forceful and everything Erm is not. Their relationship is very distant as are their relationships with their parents (and Minka and Badger are as distant as they can get and still be married), as such both have severe issues opening up, trusting people, and being close with other human beings. Erm truly prefers books and numbers and plants as all of these things he finds less mysterious, frustrating, and complicated than people. He does however have a social part of him deep down that seeks companionship to the point that he hangs out with the likes of Murph, Griff, and Gon. Murph’s recklessness and sarcasm drive Erm insane along with his rambunctious nature and jeers about trying to date Siren. While Erm is hardly an over protective brother he does want to keep his family life and friend life squarely separate. While he protests to just about every exploit Murph and Griff come up with, he does truly enjoy them sometimes.
Hair: Fluffy, light brown
Weight: skinny little bean pole of a lad
Family: Gon is the third son of Alyssa (Evelwellyn) and Volcanus Prydreii, his older brothers in order are: Lavos (26), Pyre (24), and Asher (23), his younger sister is Unicornia (15).
Personality: he tends to be outwardly light and naïve, though he actually has a lot of dark issues; enthusiastic, trying to prove himself to his friends, teachers, parents, brothers, whoever; accidentally lends himself through his eagerness to please to being something of the group’s servant
Bio: Gon comes from an upper class background, but he is by no means arrogant or snobby; made it to the university level rather early being in his third year at 18; was always top of his class at the local level; never had any luck with friends and certainly not girls; most found his intellect intimidating and his enthusiastic puppy-like manner insincere (ah but he is a genius puppy!); he greatly fears being alone and being left out; being the baby of the group and the youngest son has given him some issues as has being smarter than everyone his one age and snubbed in his early life, he was bullied a good deal when he was younger; he was kidnapped at the age of 5 for ransom but was rescued when the hideout was stormed
